Our doctors work on an appointment schedule. Please call us to make an appointment with your doctor or the nurse. Patients arriving at the surgery without an appointment will be allocated the first available consultation. This may require some waiting or coming back at a later time.
Consultations are allocated at 10 minutes, please advise when booking if you require an extended appointment. Extended appointments include any forms to be filled, health checks or more than one ailment.
You will be asked by our receptionist every time you ring or arrive at the surgery for Identification (Full name, Birth date & address).
SydPath (St Vincent’s Pathology) provides services Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.30pm. No appointment is required. For enquiries, please call (02) 9622 0500.
Our dietitian Katherine Baqleh works at the surgery every fortnight on a Friday Appts are made directly with Katherine please phone 0490 060 814.
St Martins Podiatry Clinic is located at Shop 10, 6 St Martins Cres Blacktown (02) 9622 2231.
Home visits are available to patients at the discretion of the doctor, and attract a fee that is partially refundable by medicare.
Fees & Billing
All GP consultations are bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. Please bring your Medicare/DVA card to each visit, as well as any concessions.
Patients without a Medicare card are charged a practice fee payable by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. The AMA Fee Structure forms the basis of our billing policy.
Please Note any commercial drivers license is not covered under Medicare.
A cancellation fee may be charged for missed appointments.
