This Surgery will be closed for Easter from Friday 18th April, 2025 to Monday 21st April, 2025.
We will re-open on Tuesday 22nd April at 8:30am.

***TELEHEALTH ELIGIBILITY AND GAP FEE***
…All patients can book a Telehealth consultation. Medicare will fund
your consultation if you have visited the surgery in the last 12 months
PLUS a $20 fee for patients 16yrs and older with no concession card.
Please call to book and pay $20 before your telehealth appointment.
We also offer Private Telehealth to all our patients for a fee of $60 paid upfront.
OUR INFECTION CONTROL POLICY
Thank you for social distancing, using hand sanitiser and wearing masks
while visiting our surgery.
BEFORE ENTERING-We need to triage all patients for any symptoms
of infectious diseases.
If you have headache, fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose,
vomiting or diarrhoea please call our Reception on: 9621 8118 for
instructions on how you can book a consult with your Doctor.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID SYMPTOMS.
